Clad in a black New Order T-shirt, frontman Bernard Sumner danced along while singing over waves of synths and a steady pulsing rhythm.

New Order's performance last Saturday was among the highlights of the first weekend of Coachella thanks to a set that mixed their own hits with a selection of Joy Division classics. The second weekend of the Indio, California, festival begins on Friday.
