Superman grows up in this new heartfelt trailer for Man of Steel, as a young Kal-El becomes Clark Kent and steps into his destiny as mankinds protector. Henry Cavill plays the sun-fueled hero who crashes to Earth after being sent by his father, Jor-El (Russell Crowe), as Krypton is destroyed. Kent grows up in Kansas, but knows hes different than the humans around him, and embarks on a journey to find himself.
Man of Steel Movie A First Step for DC Comics
As Kent rescues the people around him from disasters,journalist Lois Lane (Amy Adams) tracks his legend, which faces the ultimate test when General Zod (Michael Shannon) invades the planet. Superman must rise to the occasion to fight off both mans skepticism toward him, and the evils Zod seeks to unleash upon Earth.
Man of Steel, directed by Zach Snyder and produced by Christopher Nolan, opens June on 14th.
