Batman and Superman square off in the intense and explosive final trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The clip opens with a run-of-the-mill solo mission for the Dark Knight, in which he surprises a small army of hostiles and dispatches them in a swift, brutal display though as the man behind the mask, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck), cracks to Alfred later, Im getting slow in my old age.
Its a pertinent concernconsidering moments later the Batmobile is flung off its course with just a whip of the cape of Superman (Henry Cavill). The trailer offers a thrilling montage of the mayhem set to ensue whenthe two heavyweightsfinally go head-to-head, while also offering a glance at the undaunted heroicsof WonderWoman(Gal Gadot).
All the while, Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) maniacally mulls: The greatest gladiator match in the history of the world. God versus man. Day versus night!
Dawn of Justice was directed by Zach Snyder. The movie is slated to open March 25th.
