Mutants Get Sixties Swagger in X-Men: First Class

Peter Travers was almost certain that X-Men: First Class would suck as much as X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men Origins: Wolverine, but as it turns out, it's actually one of the better movies of the summer so far. The film, which follows the early adventures of Professor X and Magneto in the Sixties, is a bit too overstuffed with mutant characters, but James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender are both excellent and the picture has a charming Bond-like swagger.
