Dawes Time Spent in Los Angeles on Conan

Dawes drummer Griffin Goldsmith wore a Yankees T-shirt last night for the band's appearance on Conan. It might be a souvenir from the band's recent visit to New York, where they accompanied Jackson Browne as he debuted a new protest song at Occupy Wall Street, but we know Dawes' allegiance lies on the left coast. On Conan, the Southern California band played an ode to their own neck of the woods, "Time Spent in Los Angeles," from their recent album Nothing Is Wrong which was named, as Conan O'Brien noted, one of Rolling Stone's 50 Best Albums of 2011.
