Jennifer Lopez is currently shooting for a 3D concert film, reports Extra. Dance Again will follow the last few years of Lopezs life, during which she released Love?, filed for divorce from husband Marc Anthony, served a stint as a judge on American Idoland became acclimated to parenthood with new twins Emme and Maximilian.
Lopezs movie faces some underwhelming numbers from other recent 3D concert films. Katy Perrys Part Of Me premiered this past July 4th weekend at the number 8 spot with an opening gross of $7.1 million. The Jonas Brothers 2009 film Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience was ripped by critics and earned a modest $23.1 million worldwide. However, Miley Cyrus 2008 film Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert was a bigger success, grossing over $29 million domestically in its opening weekend and over $70 million total worldwide. Metallica are also filming their own 3D concert movie. Lopez is currently on tour with Enrique Inglesias.
