Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 has shared its explosive new trailer, soundtracked by Sweets 1974 single Fox on the Run.
Like the films first teaser, the trailer doesnt dig into the sequels plot, instead opting to spotlight the Guardians hijinks and banter, including a long scene where Rocket Raccoon attempts to teach Baby Groot when to properly detonate a nuclear device.
Chris Pratts Star Lord, Zoe Saldanas Gamora and Dave Bautistas Drax the Destroyer are also shown taking part in some sort of intergalactic therapy session.
As director James Gunn previously told the Hollywood Reporter, the Marvel team is intentionally keeping its plot under wraps ahead of its May 5th, 2017 release.
With Guardians, [fans] really go through every single little shot and try to figure out what the movies about. And theres a lot of mysteries in Guardians 2, Gunn said. We were talking about how much to give away and were not going to give away very much.
